Terms of use
These rules apply to everyone who uses Goobie Woobie Games. We wrote them in plain language and kept them short, because we believe nobody should need a lawyer to play a hand of cards.
1. Who can use it
By using the site, you agree to these terms. The games are meant for people aged 13 and up. Anyone under 13 should only play with the permission and supervision of a parent or guardian. Public rooms are open to anyone, so we recommend that minors play in private rooms with people they know.
2. What we offer
We offer free browser games with no account and no sign-up. Rooms are temporary: they exist while people are inside and are deleted a few minutes after everyone leaves. We do not keep match history or scores between rooms.
We do our best to keep the site running, but we do not guarantee it will always be available or free of errors. We may change, pause or remove games and features at any time.
3. Fair play
We expect everyone to play in good faith. It is not allowed to cheat with modified programs, exploit bugs on purpose, overload the servers or disrupt other people's matches. The server checks players' actions, and we may block anyone who breaks this rule.
4. Respect inside rooms
Nicknames, clues and chat messages are written by players, and each person is responsible for what they write. Do not use offensive language, hate speech, threats, sexual content or other people's personal data. The host can remove players from the room, and we may close rooms or block access that breaks these rules.
5. Ads and third-party services
The site may show ads between matches, never during a move. We also use third-party services to run, such as Cloudflare for hosting, Google Fonts for typefaces and, only if you accept, PostHog for usage metrics. What each service receives is explained on the privacy page.
6. Intellectual property
The games, texts, illustrations, the Goob mascot and the site code belong to Goobie Woobie Games. You are free to play and share the link, but you may not copy the site to offer it as your own. The games are inspired by classic tabletop games, but have their own names, looks and rules. Third-party trademarks mentioned belong to their owners.
7. Liability
The site is provided as is, without warranties. We are not responsible for losses arising from using the site or from its unavailability, nor for what other players write or do in rooms. This does not affect rights that Brazilian law guarantees you.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The update date is at the top of this page, and continuing to use the site after a change means you agree to the new version.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil.
